Iced Coffee Weather!
It's almost that time of year. In upstate New York, the weather is beginning to shift, and with it comes the perfect excuse to transition from steaming morning mugs to refreshing iced coffee. While I've always appreciated a hot cup of coffee to start the day, nothing quite compares to a crisp, cold brew on a warm spring morning—or better yet, on a sweltering summer afternoon. Whether you prefer your coffee flavored or classic, iced or hot, we can both agree that this beloved beverage delivers both an energizing jolt and exceptional taste.
My recent go-to is a perfectly crafted iced latte. I start with quality instant coffee and cold brew it myself, then use an electric frother to add that extra creamy texture. I warm whole milk in a glass and froth it until it's silky smooth. Sometimes I add a splash of flavored creamer—French Vanilla or Hazelnut work beautifully—directly into the frothed milk. Next, I fill a glass with ice, pour the cold coffee over it, and top it with the frothed milk. A quick stir with a straw, and you have the perfect iced coffee experience.
I encourage you to try this method and adjust it to suit your preferences. While you're here, explore our selection of stylish bubble-shaped glasses—each one comes with a convenient straw and cleaning brush to keep them looking fresh and new.
